Bender Custom Bicycles, LLC., (BCB), allows original purchasers of new bicycles a period of 30 days to return their bike for a full refund of the purchase price, less return shipping charges, for any reason. This 30-day period begins from the original shipment date from BCB. The refund amount will be adjusted if the bicycle is returned damaged or has been subjected to abnormal wear and tear, and BCB will be the sole determinant of such adjustment. The purchaser must notify BCB within the 30-day period of their intent to return the item(s) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; BCB must receive the return shipment within 10 days of issuing the RMA. Please pack the item(s) in its original shipping box to preserve the value of your investment. Any and all costs associated with the return, including disassembly, shipping and packaging, are the responsibility of the purchaser. This return policy also applies to parts purchased from BCB, as long as the part is unused and undamaged.

Bender Custom Bicycles, LLC., (BCB), warrants components it manufactures against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the original shipment date. This warranty applies to the structural integrity and serviceability of components, and does not cover cosmetic issues or components that are subject to wear such as brake pads, tires and tubes, cables and housings, etc. If BCB determines the components to be defective, then BCB will repair or replace the component at BCB’s option. This is the sole remedy under this warranty. Costs involved in disassembly and shipping to BCB are the responsibility of the claimant. This warranty does not apply to defects or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance or assembly, or unauthorized modification. If you use the bicycle in a manner that imposes severe loads or impacts and results in damage to the frame or its components, then you should consider such damage as part of the cost of your riding style.

Under no circumstances shall BCB be liable for loss or injury caused by the use of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, tangible or intangible loss and incidental or consequential damages or injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product.

BCB does not assume any liability or make any warranty except as stated in this limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the limitations and exclusions set forth in this warranty may not apply to you.

In the event of irreparable damage to BCB components where such damage is not covered by this warranty, BCB will make available replacement parts at significant savings compared to BCB’s standard retail price, as long as the original owner makes such claim within the warranty period. This offer is extended for exactly one occurrence per each frame serial number.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Components installed on the bicycle not manufactured by BCB may be covered by a separate manufacturers warranty, and are subject to the terms and conditions provided by that manufacturer.
